That you are here reading this means the world to me, thank you! In here, I will share my tips on how to carry yourself through thick and thin. I will share free resources I find along the way that I feel the world needs to see. There will be some recommendations, poems, art and reflections from my travels. I can’t wait to see this unfold.

I’m a true believer in being your most authentic self! So, I feel it's only right to post this very first blog post today, when the full moon is in Leo, as a way for me to show up here authentically with an open heart, and the sun being in Aquarius, representing the desire to serve the greater good. Throughout the past years, I’ve used astrology to get to know myself better, on a deeper level. Through astrology, I launched HELE.  I can't wait to share the inspiration and whole story behind the name. But for now, I'm so grateful for connecting back to my creative writing. 

This is like a newsletter, except it is not.  As much as I wish I did, I don’t read newsletters, so It wouldn't be genuine if I sent them to your Inbox.  That's how I came up with the idea of writing an old-school blog where I update as life goes on. 

My intention is for you to feel inspired, for you to reflect and for you to live your most authentic life.
